At first I thought this was a little complicated, by the end of the movie I understood what had happened.
Good effects and performances. Be prepared though for some fleeting cameos from a lot of the stars.
And if you're not familiar with the material, most of it won't mean much to you as a viewer

So we must be unintentionally distorting things to varying degrees in order to feed our own version of what we need the past and history to be, and in our way, we must all be telling the truth as well.”
