It's confusing tho....are the original Spider-man films not included in the Marvel movies universe because they were sold off by Marvel before recently reacquiring them? Or do they count as Marvel films because Spider-man is a member of the Marvel comic book universe?

I'd consider them part of the MCU. X-men and FF, too.

Okay, this is based strictly off the films I have seen (for example, I haven't seen ANY of the X-Men movies, so they aren't on the list):

1. The Avengers
2. Iron Man
3. Spider-man
4. Captain America: The Winter Soldier
5. Iron Man 2
6. Spider-man 2
7. The Punisher (2004)
8. Iron Man 3
9. Captain America: The First Avenger
10. The Incredible Hulk
11. Thor: The Dark World
12. Thor
13. Fantastic Four
14. Spider-man 3
15. Fantastic Four: Rise of the Silver Surfer
16. The Amazing Spider-man
17. Daredevil
18. Ghost Rider

Some of these I could move up or down a space or two as it's still hard to decide on some of them, because they were pretty equal to me. And this is based of course on my personal preference and opinion.
