Wow man what's it like to have money...and a life?

Japan is 12 or 13 hours from LA? Singapore more?

I watch the show Survivor and have always wanted to visit Palau, Fiji, Samoa, Philippines, Australia, New Zealand, then up to Thailand, Cambodia...you know, all of the filming locations

The Maldives have always been a dream destination. Some of the flights are 36 hours total

So did you see the Terracotta Warriors or anything like that? Any hot Japanese girls in schoolgirl outfits...any cool Japanese ninja related incidents...any ladyboys from Singapore?

I liked it, it wasn't without its faults, but still an enjoyable film.

I've watched a few good movies over the past couple of months. I thought Alien : Covenant, Kong : Skull Island, Life, Passengers, Patriot's Day, Arrival were all good.

If you want to watch a slow, freaky movie about the JFK assassination, Jackie covers the immediate three days or so after the shooting. Doesn't give you any additional information about the day, but seeing what Jackie Kennedy went through and Natalie Portman's performance make it interesting.

I've watched that already, thanks. I didn't care for most of what James Files claims with the exception of two things...it was a mercury round that was used and the bite marks on the expended shell casing. In both cases he wasn't privy to the information yet mentioned it. Why would someone bite a shell casing and leave it there though? Doesn't make much sense after committing the biggest murder of the century.

The only evidence I need about the JFK shooting is the rifle that was found, the type of shot that had to be taken and the Zapruder film. They had to put three metal shims on the gun sight to get it close to accurate when testing, the time frame is too short for Oswald to get the three shots off, and the money shot takes half his head off from the wrong angle. I don't need to hear about the magic bullet theory, or how Oswald was a better shot than reported. All of the evidence is right there at ground zero. Then there's missing clothing, missing rounds magically found on a hospital stretcher, part of the initial autopsy that contradicted the FBI report. Yes the world was in shock, but that same world can't even agree on the audible number of gun shots recorded on the open mic of one of the cops. There's simply too much conflicting evidence to support three shots fired from a raised position behind the motorcade. One report said that Oswald didn't have any gunpowder residue on his hands or face and didn't even fire a gun that day. And why would Ruby put his entire life in jeopardy by killing Oswald in public? He wasn't the most altruistic of people

Oh lord don't get me started on Youtube conspiracy stuff......

i was invited to speak at two universities in japan (osaka and kyoto) and at a japanese gerontological society meeting. since i was there, i agreed to speak at an institute in singapore, which was about 6 hours by plane from japan. fortunately, it cost me essentially nothing for my entire trip by the time they paid for all flights and lodging and i got a couple honoraria for speaking.

i saw a couple cool historic castles in japan at inuyama and nagoya (although nagoya is recent since it was leveled completely during WWII). i also saw the merlion and botanical gardens in singapore. it was an awesome trip the only thing that didn't quite go according to plan was not realizing my hotel in singapore would have a beautiful rooftop infinity pool. i didn't pack a suit, so i bought one from across the street. that suit is only to be used around people i don't know, it is super tight, super short, and leaves very little to the imagination. now i know how sometimes women feel getting checked out at the pool

    The Hitman's Bodyguard

Lots of driving, gun action and funny in a few spots. Reynolds and Jackson have a good chemistry, but I can't help feel that it could have been much better with a different script.

And so the world loved Rogue One and I didn't. I can watch any Star Wars movie and be entertained...for some reason Rogue didn't hit the button for me.

I liked it.. It was different.. There were a few things I didnt like though.. It was like everyone worked so hard but then pussed out when they were killed.. It's like they gave up all common sense and threw the hat in...
