My biggest issue was
In my opinion, they just went way too big with that. It kinda soured me on it.

i had very low expectations, so it would have been hard to let me down. still felt like there was more of the falcon/winter soldier tv show wokeness creeping in and more campy
I've been trying to ignore the wokeness. As far as I'm concerned, the worst offender was the Captain Marvel movie, and while the Falcon/Winter Soldier series approached it, it wasn't as bad (until the last episode), and this film wasn't nearly as bad.

I liked it. I'm not familiar with the comics though.
The stuff I'm referring to has to do with the rings, the Mandarin (although what they did with that was funny as hell), and the Dweller-in-Darkness. But I guess their changes are going to work out on a "bigger picture" level.

I thought it stunk, wife sort of enjoyed it. Big old meh. Apparently the original Danish version was fantastic but I doubt there's an easy way to find it here.
