Mark and Donnie Wahlberg -- along with their chef brother, Paul -- are reportedly opening a hamburger restaurant in Hingham, Mass. According to the Boston Herald, the trio has finally secured the name Wahlburgers, which had previously been trademarked.

"It just works," Ed St. Croix, the Wahlbergs' business partner, told the Herald. "It's a good sounding brand we could put out the product with, a great name people could relate to."

St. Croix said the restaurant's ownership approached Tom Wahl's, a Rochester, NY-based chain of burger joints, after they discovered it sold a product called the "Wahlburger."

Now the Wahlburgers' group has secured "full spectrum" use of the name, according to St. Croix. "It worked out well for both sides," he said.

Wahlburgers is scheduled to open soon at the Hingham Shipyard across from the brothers' Italian restaurant Alma Nove. The Herald reports that the group is also planning to open a pizza joint next spring.
