I can try and break it down
The 4 beef steaks average between .75 and 1 lb each. The buffalo steak is 1.25 lbs. The pork chops are about .75 lbs each. The fish is approximately 1 lb and the pkg of brats is about 1.25 lbs.
There is like 600lbs of meat rendered from a cow, so half a cow would deliver 300lbs.
Lance probably bought like 5 lbs.
