    I went to Subway earlier and grabbed a $5 footlong: Turkey and provolone on Italian with red onions, bell peppers, spinach, and lettuce. Had some honey mustard squirted on it.

    It was good for a salad sandwich with a little bit of turkey and cheese.

    Sounds yummy! I don't eat sandwiches much but always liked Subway. Sadly, I can't eat regular bread any more.

    I get them to put every veggie on Might as well load that sucker up!

    Subway up here doesn't have Spinach though

    Yeah but Subway is by far the healthier choice and there are a lot more veggies

    Turkey is a health meat but a large Quiznos sub with sauce has like 60 grams of fat
