Very true, but that's ok with me
Eat healthy, exercise, die anyway
Quinoa, turnips and greens, lady peas.
What? You wanna live forever?
No, but I'd rather live an active life till I was 85 like my grandmother..... than die after eating garbage and doing shit all when I was 59 like my grandfather.
My grandfather on my father's side never ate healthy and he lived to be 92
I'm eating healthy.
You have to know how isolated an example that is though...
If a person is overweight and eat trans and saturated fats, too much salt and way too many calories their entire life it's going to knock years off your expectancy, and lower quality of life.
You just have to work out... whether you eat well or not
But I hate being all bitchy... IRL I'm never critical of people's lifestyles... none of my business.
One of my best friends has juvenile diabetes and is 40 pounds overweight. Eats terrible, never exercises. Even when his pancreas crashed a few years back and he was diagnosed, he only slowed down drinking and eating for a few months. I don't say anything, but it's selfish IMO
