I had butter chicken with extra rice last night and then later broke into my giant bag of Super Bowl cheesy chips.

    Don't feel so wonderful today

An Italian hoagie... or should I say an Italian-American hoagie from Publix. It was good but ham is hardly an Italian meat.

Cooked a steak on the cast iron, made a chimichuri sauce for it, little salad, and some roasted baby potatoes

I found this roast baby potato technique that is fucking killer. You boil the potatoes until tender, then put them on a sheet pan and smash down gently with a fork so their guts a showing, toss on oil and roast at 425 for 20 minutes so they come out crispy. If you want to take that to another level, fry up diced garlic and rosemary in plenty of olive oil in a pan. When the garlic is just browning, strain it saving the garlic and rosemary. Toss your potatoes in the garlic oil before roasting, and then when they come out, put the fried garlic and rosemary back on them (you don't want to put the garlic/rosemary in the oven as it'll burn). Absolutely unbelievable. Better than the steak

Superstore has an in-house brand called President's Choice. I picked up some PC Raisin Bran.

Twice as many raisins and they were larger and softer

I ate a Pyrex mixing bowl full as a snack last night. Fiber!

PC Brand shit is awesome. Their $1 bags of chips have some incredible flavors and they're really good. Every once in a while I find I buy something PC Brand that's not worth the savings, but usually it's the same or better as name brand.

It sounds crazy but the buffalo wing blue cheese dip flavored chips are unbelievable. You have to try them.

I don't eat many varieties of chips, but when I do it's that monstrous bag (1100g) of Original Munchies I posted in the Superbowl munchie thread

Leftovers from the Dorito, Rold Gold, Cheetos and Sunchip Harvest Cheddar factories coupled with 9000% salt and cheesy goodness
