For a late snack I had a large vat of raisin bran, along with a banana, after eating lots of greens for dinner. And a large cup of tea.

For dinner last night I made some spiced rice which turned out well and had a salad along with it. Caesar dressing.
Later, the snack was Raisin Bran and chocolate ice cream.

I had a craving for a little ice cream, but wanted a healthy late night snack so I compromised
A burrito with chicken, Mexican cheese, salsa, and lettuce.
I used this seasoning on the chicken: grill mates roasted garlic and herb, and it is the bomb. I highly recommend that seasoning for chicken.
