I tried Rao's pasta sauce today. It was ok. Not $6 ok (cause that's what I paid for it). It is better than the majority of the chunky sauces that you can buy in supermarkets in that the chunks are fork tender and you can pretty much fork them into sauce without much effort. So in that respect, it's a little more like restaurant pasta sauce. Not quite as tasty as restaurant pasta sauce. It does need a little help with a few extra spices, but that's par for the course where jarred sauces are concerned.

Got some 1-1/2" thick center cut pork chops from Walmart earlier this week. Got up early and brined them for about 10 hours and then threw them on the grill.
