Brined some thick cut pork chops yesterday and threw them on the grill for dinner last night. Came out great.

Dude, I have been doing pork tenderloin in the Instant Pot on Sous Vide and then finish it with a sear. If you get large Pork Chops this is the way as well. We got some 2 bone thick chops and you can get them to cook perfectly all the way though in like 2 hours, then drop them on a hot grill and sear both sides.
