    I've brought the lappy to work and its set to keep me logged in on this machine, I cant even guess my own password But keep trying it might just jog my memory.

    Isn't there somewhere in the user control panel to see your password and/or perhaps ask admin to send you your password by email in case you forgot?
    Other fancy sites have that feature

    If you need a new password, one of the admins can reset it for you and then you can change it to whatever you like once you can get back into your account
