I know people who can't have any caffeine after a certain time of day, otherwise they don't sleep that night. Conversely I know people who can put a pot of coffee on at 11pm and work a day job with no problems.
I typically get a coffee after work, around 6 pm. That's my danger time for getting sleepy....
