Personally, I would have to wear socks, because I believe in function over style, and socks actually perform a function in absorbing the sweat from your feet. But seeing as how I never wear shorts anymore, it really is a moot point.

Ehh, maybe I called them the wrong name. Idunno nuthin bout fashion. I meant the socks you wear with tennis shoes that you can't really see.
That said, I remember at my cousin's wedding, he came out of the hotel, to meet us to go to dinner, with shorts, sandals and socks. I told him no way was he riding in my truck dressed like that.
