Behold fellow members my mighty Momelette!!!
(Momelette = Monster Omelette )
Ingredients
6 large eggs - 4 whole, 2 whites
1/2 an onion
1/2 a large yellow pepper
A handful of fresh peas
Some diced cooked ham
Some diced cooked chicken
A generous sprinkling of mature cheese
Cooked in a pan for a few minutes to cook the base, then put under the grill for a few minutes to cook and crisp off the toppings
End result = omm nommm nommy
Plate is a fairly large dinner plate, measured about 1/2 an inch thick and roughly 12 inch in diameter (cooked in a 12” fryingpan)
(its a slow night and though i’d share with you guys my culinary creation)
(i am aware it looks either like a plate of cooked spew, or a pizza)
