well yesterday i made my first batch of cider


needs the airlock put in tomorrow for a couple of weeks the bottled and stored for a couple of months but should be ready for the new year

No...MrsM was right...I have a cousin, he likes to chew tabaccy...he kept a milk jug behind his couch for, umm, expectorative purposes***. The mixture within looked exactly like your cider.

i put the air lock in this morning ,i really don't think the other half is going to be pleased with the smell being given off

Made beer many times, most of them turned out brilliantly!

I remember 1 time after i'd bottled the beer i needed a cool dry place to store them so used the walk in cupboard in me bedroom, was woken up one night to loud bangs, scared the bejesus out of us till i realised it was the caps poppin off the bottles cos o the pressure
