Made beer many times, most of them turned out brilliantly!

I remember 1 time after i'd bottled the beer i needed a cool dry place to store them so used the walk in cupboard in me bedroom, was woken up one night to loud bangs, scared the bejesus out of us till i realised it was the caps poppin off the bottles cos o the pressure

You bottled to early. There was too much sugar and the yeast was still active. Wait until the airlock has stopped bubbling for several days.

If you order apple cider at a Cracker Barrel restaurant you will get something very similar to what Red has. It's just non-filtered, non-pasteurized but in the case of the restaurant non-fermented.

Nah, me mate an i wanted to get really wrecked so we added loadsa suger in the bottles too! Gods it was messy, took 2 bottles and we were blasted!

i'm going to have to start selling tickets mate ,it's only about 4.5l and everyone wants a taste ,this is just a test brew if it works well i'll get a fruit press to make it easier
