Things I took away from this episode:

I hate Sasha more and more each episode, I hope she dies and soon

Didn't realize that Michonne had bought that much into Team Alexandria and left Team Rick

The people carving the 'W' on the zombies/people before they change into zombies are making their way towards Alexandria and I think they will show up in the season finale next week

Rick's gonna have one hell of a headache in the morning

Sasha is somebody that I feel sympathy for. She told Noah that he wouldn't make it, in order to try to inspire him to fight harder to survive. Now he's dead. I would feel horrible too, so I can understand where she's coming from. It's a very human thing to be hard, with good intentions, on someone and feel bad when something bad happens to the person you were hard on.

I'm looking forward to seeing who they got doing the "W"s. That chick roped to the tree was alive when they carved that W in her head... before the walkers got to her. That's pretty ruthless and brutal. We talked about a certain suspect before, but I'm not so sure it's him.

Did I miss a scene or two? How do you know when the W's were carved?

They were having such a problem with deciding what to do with the guy who hits his wife...

I dunno, how about you set up a jail area and decide the sentence, throw him in there and feed/clothe him etc because that's what you're doing right now anyways.

They made some constables to keep the peace, why not take society one step further?
