Did I miss a scene or two? How do you know when the W's were carved?

Because the chick that was tied to the tree and left to be executed by zombies had a W on her forehead.

Because at both scenes, Darryl and Aaron made note that it had 'just happened'

When Aaron and Darryl come upon the corpse of the naked woman bound to the tree, Darryl mentions that she is recently killed. We've seen on multiple occasions that a dead person doesn't take long to reanimate as a walker after dying. So she dies really recently, and she's reanimating when Darryl lifts her head up. Someone bound her to the tree while she was alive so that walkers would get to her. I don't think whoever carved the W into her forehead is going to do it while the walkers are there eating her, or even hanging out to wait around until they're finished. Unless the walker parts were of the walker(s) that were eating her and they dismembered them after she was dead. But why would they leave her if they're taking dismembered walkers? Why not just wait around for her to reanimate, dismember her, and take her as well?

That's the way I see it.

I found that episode completely underwhelming


There seems to be a trend with this show. Lackluster finales and really good season premieres that don't mess around.
