Finally got out of the 100s and today should be high 80s. Looking forward to needing a hoodie
Seems like the Fall weather might actually be here now and caught up with the season...supposed to be seasonal for the next week.

It's still so warm here, today was 20c/68f and Saturday is supposed to be 23c/74f. So odd, I can't ever recall an October where I was still golfing in shorts and a tee

Today is the first morning where it's chilly enough that I'm thinking I probably should have worn a light jacket. Currently 38° (3C).
We're low 40's all day today, periodic rain. Wind is howling. Sailflow shows 34mph right now and I think it's calmed down a bit in the last hour. They cancelled ferry service at 2PM, I came home on a small private boat at 3:30. That was fun.
Tomorrow and Wed supposed to be much of the same except higher winds tomorrow.
Crossing my fingers the power stays on because I no longer have an alternative heat source.
Yea, think I'll just stay home today.Miller Ferry: October 18th ferry update. PIB trips will be leaving the island at 8-9-10-11am and leaving Catawba 30 minutes later (afternoon trips are cancelled). Middle Bass will run their first two morning trips and the afternoon trip is cancelled. Any updates will be posted as they become available.
