Nearly 40° here again yesterday .....
When I worked at a gold mine in the outback, we had temps above 50° in summer. Days on end over over 40° was not uncommon, and only going as low as 35° overnight just to climb again as soon as the sun rose.
I have experienced lows and highs but true, never lows for extended periods. One thing I can agree on with Trump - where's the global warming when you need it? "

That's why I brought up acclimation. I'm usually okay with gradual change as our temps travel from -30 to +30 through the year.
But when people like you aren't used to it, the -6 to -10 F weather is going to feel brutal.
We get these huge swings during one day that make your balls ask - Wtf pal, can we go up inside a cavity where it's warm?
It was a balmy -26C when I was out shopping around nine this morning.
Warmed right up to -24 now
Little warmer here, hovering around 2c but raining 20mm today.
I'm still out there grilling though Wife suggested we just pan fry the meat for mexican tonight... fuuuck that.
Pleasant 27° C today but heading to 37° C tomorrow.... (about 99° F)
My first delivery was 57°F and raining. My last delivery was 25°.
