They stopped asking me to go outside real quick
I'm an indoor cat
actually...I pretty much lived outside until my 30's
59°F and sunny. And the wind is not blowing either. Feels like Spring out here.

Music was better when ugly people were allowed to make it.
These don't show it very well but it's really coming down out there. -22 and snow...

I'm driving 1.5 hours out of town today for an overnight event, getting there will be no problem but it's supposed to start snowing late tonight/early tomorrow and continue all day. If the prediction holds it's gonna be a real fun drive home tomorrow.
Fook me we're getting pounded. I'm so tired of shoveling snow and it's only February.
Sky is overcast gunmetal gray, the flakes coming down are huge, it's below -20....how can anyone say winter is desirable? They obviously haven't shoveled snow 3x a day
My snow tires/car do really well in the weather we typically have. Usually don't get multiple snow events one after the other so the road crews get time to catch up between. From what was predicted we've been lucky so far. Right now I can see my lawn out there, we had two days above freezing after the last snow.
I wish...my front street looks just like the pictures I posted in November ffs...we never get our streets cleared and commutes that usually take 10 minutes go up to an hour or better.
Yep, this is about an hour after my last pictures and if it keeps up for a couple more hours...the guy across the street will be up to his wheel wells in snow.
We get this weird choice...either shovel the snow three or four times a day when it's not so heavy, or wait for day and try to move 1000 lbs of it
fuck I hate this season
I'm lucky enough my little snowblower is still hanging in there. been running rough and it takes periodic choke adjustments to keep it running but it still beats shoveling!
my little snowblower is named hal
They closed Deerfoot Trail this afternoon because of weather, accidents.
Deerfoot is similar to a long freeway that runs north/south in our city. The speed limit is 110 km/h on most of it.
