No we get the opposite variety of stupidity. It's -30 and snowing, and some wingnut driving a Ford Fiesta with summer tires attempts one of our busiest roads, gets stuck in the middle of the road or hits something... and causes even more delays to an otherwise crappy commute.Do people in your city abandon their cars on the side of the road when it snows?

-29 and with the wind chill the past couple of days we made it to -40 which causes a cold weather warning. The warning applies when it hits -40 or better for two consecutive days.
