Got up to 105 today.
There have been storms southeast of town but it doesn't look like they will come over the mountains to get rain here.
So I took matters into hand and washed the truck because we need the rain.
It actually rained last night, almost a 1/4 inch

We got some much needed rain today too. Supposed to be cooler the rest of the week.
A "cold front" is moving through today, so it's only going to be in the upper 80's instead of upper 90's.

August and the temps have been in the mid 80's. It must be time for the liberals to switch gears again and start screeching about how we are creating an ice age.
