Alright.. I just bought the Sony receiver (STRDH540) for my bedroom. It's nothing great but should be nice to feed a digital signal to.. Gonna get the Klipsch after work..
Had a shitty, shitty day at the office. Went to a nice suit/clothing store after work... all I bought was a pair of socks. I'm not very good at retail therapy, how do girls do this
You're a guy, you're not supposed to be good at retail therapy.
You should have went to the gym.

some snap on tools.... yum
ordinarily, I'd agree with you.... I never bought off the previous guys because they took the piss, but the new guy does some cracking deals, but the stuff that isn't on offer... Hell no.... $200 for a ratchet? Fuck off
Yea, our guy is a piece of work, he will come in with package "deals" that are still 40% higher than Mac or Matco. Only thing I use him for is to trade in my old stuff, guy will give you top dollar on any old junk.
I've got some Snap-On stuff and some MAC Tools, 99% of which i bought when they were on special deals - the normal prices for Snap-On give me a good laugh Our old Mac Tools guy was great, he'd tell me the price of something then i'd tell him how much i was gonna pay for it It worked 90% of the time Mind you, he was a Fifer.......... and he doesn't run it anymore
sounds like the last guy we had. This one had a deal where he'd take give me £80 for ant old spanners I traded in... even £5 chocolate ones if I bought a set of his.... I love snap on spanners, but they were still £200 though. I was semi tempted, but I'm terrible for losing my 8, 10 and 13mm spanners and I'v be crying if I lost one of those
and mac guy offered me £2k trade in for my £600 toolbox if I bought the macsimizer I wanted.... I looked at him stupid
when I was an apprentice, I could get 40% off snap on stuff, but I couldn't afford it, then when I could afford them, they weren't 40% off anymore :facepalm
Our local Mac guy is awesome, he won't stop at our shop though. He's close to retirement and is content with the number of shops he has. If I want something Mac specific or have a broken I have to call him and he will let me know when he's close by to meet him.
Sears and Home Depot hand tools all have lifetime guarantees and are a fraction of the cost of Mac and Snap-On....just sayin'.
