Prep time is virtually non existent since they are already trimmed, (unless you corn your own which takes a couple of weeks) then just smoke them like you would normally do.
The combination of corned beef, home made barbecue rub and smoke go nicely together.

It's magic carpet...saw a demonstration of it at the home show earlier this year and it's fucking amazing
