I just looked at my preferred pizza joint here and they're charging $24.99 per medium for similar pies as yours, which is freakin' crazy. A large 1-topping at my joint would cost close to $18 before tax. I could go get ingredients and make 18-20 pizzas by myself for that much.
I think I'll stick with Little Caesars.

I don't honestly know. They'd claim inflation, but without seeing the prices of supplies, how could you really tell?
If people weren't buying the pies at those prices, the prices would fall back down or they'd go out of business, so obviously people are paying the prices.

Yeah our local place is about $50 for 2 pizzas now.
It had been well over a year since we last ordered pizza and it might be another year before we do it again.
I dont mind making food at home, I'm just not a fan of the shopping
