I looked at the Dewalt in the same price range. Both were consistently in top 3 on reviews. The Dewalt actually has a couple more features. I'm just not a fan of Dewalt. All the Dewalt stuff I've used professionally has worn out too soon.

The one I got was at a pawn shop on the shit side of town, looked brand new except for a test cut on the blade that slightly marred the paint. Paid about 50% of new. It was the "lesser" model, the only difference is the higher priced one has the shadow line tech. I found a Dewalt kit for cheap and upgraded it myself.

The main reason for this purchase is replacing all the moldings in home, as well as lvt flooring in home and studio.
Sounds like a nice bevy of jobs. Flooring is hard work I admire you. My father had a whole workshop out the back full of carpentry stuff, but it's guarded by the stepmother at the moment..

You need to burn 2 tires a year in your backyard to balance the scales.

You're just upset because I made fun of your gas guzzler. Please don't take this out on the environment

Bunch of Chemical Guys stuff. Next time I'm home, I'm buying a RDO buffer. Gonna see about paint correction on the truck.
