Cars that pull away slowly or stop, always make a screeching sound.

One thing that bothers me is in movies or TV shows where guns are used and the shooter seems to have an unlimited supply of bullets while never reloading the gun.
People rarely take their car keys out or put them away before and after driving.
In some American movies and TV, the people refer to trucks and SUV's as cars.
People rarely say good bye on the phone.
At the end of the movie where the bad guy finally has the good guy cornered, instead of just killing the good guy and getting away, the bad guy has to give a 20 minute speech about everything he has done and why he has done it....which always gives the reinforcements time to arrive and capture or kill the bad guy and save the good guy.
People rarely say thank you for service or no thank you if they are offered something and don't want it.

I watched 7 seasons of The Shield.Not one person caught a cold, got the flu, had a headache...hernia, hemorrhoids, dandruff, hangnails...a bad haircut, nothing!

Now on TV, people will talk about using the bathroom for comedic effect or to do something nefarious and sneaky, rather than a number one or number two.
People never interrupt other people when speaking.Often, cell phones will never interrupt a conversation either.
The nerd or the outcast will have some special talent that's allowed to shine through towards the end of the show.The show will imply a message about how we're all special inside.
Often, most of us can't sing, play an instrument, do complex equations in our heads or save the world with an idea.
A good action hero will ALWAYS make a witty quip after killing a bad guy
