It says your age + the date of your birth = 2018. And then makes this astounding claim it will only equal 2018 once in 1000 years.
In your equations above you can't keep changing the date of your birth or whatever your second number is there
eg A person is born in 1970. This year they are 48 years old. 1970 + 48 = 2018
If the same person did it in the years:
2005...1970 + 35 = 2005
1999...1970 + 29 = 1999
1985...1970 + 15 = 1985
Point being your year of birth and current age will always add up to the current year, there's no magic

You know what I do find unique about our current peer group? We are one of the only generations that saw a year change, a decade change, a century change and a millennia change in one night on Dec 31st, 1999 - Jan 1st, 2000.
