EXACTLY! Everyone in this state is bending over backwards for these furloughed federal employees. They can get free food or meals, discounts on this or that. Food banks are lining up to give them extra free groceries. Banks are giving them interest free short term loans. FFS the City of Denver by proclamation of the mayor is providing free meals for them (at taxpayer expense of course). They've missed a total of ONE fucking paycheck. Would people be doing this if say, the Lockheed Martin defense contractor here in Colorado shut down and laid off all its employees?
