Regardless, it's CHILD support, it's meant for the care of the children, hence the reason it's called child support. Doesn't matter if she's been paying out of her own money for raising her kids, that's her fucking job as a parent. I think you missed the point here. Child support is a meager reimbursement of sorts.. Her presenting herself in a confusing manner that's the only crime. If you have spent thousands on a kid with no help from the other creator for the child and finally a small pittance of money shows up, it is reimbursement for what you have laid out for the dead beat.. The money doesn't get specifically earmarked to only say these un-proportionate $125 dollars get spent in addition to what she previously laid out for him in his absence.
