Yes it is. If he accepted a smaller salary than what he was asking for, then he'd still be a Jet.

Broncos kicker Matt Prater cited for DUI, leaving accident scene
    FOX 31 Denver

GREENWOOD VILLAGE, Colo. -- Denver Broncos placekicker Matt Prater has been cited for driving under the influence and fleeing the scene of an accident for allegedly hitting a parked car in Greenwood Village last week, authorities said.

Police arrested Prater, 27, shortly before 3 a.m. on Aug. 2 after they say he crashed into a car at the Hyatt Summerfield Suites, located at 9280 East Costilla Ave., and then parked his own car without reporting the accident.

Police found Prater in a hotel room and took him into custody.

His arraignment is set for Oct. 5.

Prater is in his 5th NFL season and his fourth with the Denver Broncos.

"Our organization is disappointed with the poor judgment shown by Matt Prater on Aug. 2," the Broncos said in a statement Friday. "This matter, which was addressed with the team last week, continues to be thoroughly reviewed internally."

Like there aren't enough problems on this team already

    I am fixed

"Somedays I wake up and feel like nobody loves me. Other days I wake up and feel like I love nobody. Sometimes I wake up and feel tired, and worn out. Sometimes I wake up and feel like I cannot face the day. But someday I'll wake up and realize that waking up is pretty stupid because it just makes you feel like crap."

NFL’s 49ers to ban tailgating after game starts

You know, I like to have a few beers when I go to a game (football, baseball, hockey, etc) but it seems more and more the last few years that some people just go to the games and get completely wasted. I have sat in sections where there are drunk people ruining everything for everyone. It's absolutely ridiculous and one of the reasons I don't go to many games anymore.
