Osweiller started 7 whole games last year (the only 7 games he's ever started) and although he showed off some good skills at times, at other times looked every bit the 'rookie' he basically was. He was hit or miss in games and the offense stalled out a lot when he was under center.
So the Broncos are offering him $45 million for 3 years
