I'm gonna go with Pittsburgh, Houston, Seattle, and Green Bay.

Bills running back Reggie Bush finished the season with 12 rushes for negative-3 yards, becoming the first non-quarterback since the AFL-NFL merger in 1970 to finish a season with negative yards on 10 or more carries.
Bush, a former Heisman winner and No. 2 overall draft pick, didn't get a carry in Sunday's loss to the Jets despite LeSean McCoy suffering a high ankle sprain.
Bush was aware of the record, as was interim coach Anthony Lynn, who said during the week he "would love to get [Bush] a couple carries."
"It's tough," Bush said in the Bills' locker room Wednesday. "I just didn't have a lot of opportunities this year. And so I'm not worried about that, finishing with negative yards or anything like that. If I had more opportunities, it would be a different story. But I didn't have that."
The last player to finish in negative yardage on at least 10 rushes, excluding quarterbacks, was Chicago fullback John Adams in 1961, per Pro Football Reference data.
A few dozen players finished the 2016 season with negative rushing yards. Most were quarterbacks or running backs who carried only a handful of times. Ravens punter Sam Koch ranked last with negative-23 yards. Lions receiver Golden Tate lost 3 yards on nine rushes.
Bush had bounced back into positive yardage in early December, but fell back into the negatives by losing eight yards on a reverse against Miami last week. He also lost 10 yards earlier this year on a failed running back pass. In chronological order, Bush's 12 carries went for -3, 5, -6, 3, 1, 5, 1, 2, -10, 3, 4 and -8 yards.
Bush made $1.5 million this season. He had one rushing touchdown and also caught seven passes for 90 yards.

Although, I'd say that's more of a reflection on how bad the Bill's run offense, more specifically the offensive line, is.

Wow, the Chargers are leaving San Diego for LA
LA has the Rams now. Why the hell do they need another team?

They don't, it's stupid to have more than one team there, the fans don't even support one team. LA has the worst fans in the country.
And now the Raiders are moving to Las Vegas? These team owners are losing their damned minds.

Actually, now that I'm thinking about it, maybe it's a good thing. California doesn't need 200,000 sports teams. They certainly don't need 4 NFL teams.

I have my doubts about Vegas supporting it. They are getting an NHL franchise as well I believe.
