If you read what she said about being a sister, mother, fireman, sailor, dancer etc.....she's defending her rights as a human.She's not a human, she's a pornstar.And further to that she should be executed.So there.

That description is actually from the website for NEA. It is not just celebrities who participate, which is good, as I would say if it was her celebrity that opened the door here, that would not be suitable. Think about it...regardless of whatever limited straight acting she has done, her fame is from porn. So clearly the children cannot be told this. If it was based on celebrities, you'd have to have only those who appeal to children in the program. I'm willing to give her the benefit of the doubt and say her participation is just as a concerned citizen...which, is acceptable, right?

That's the ringer.She's using her celebrity status to enter and participate in this program and yet no one can really explain to the kids or most parents for that matter who she is.

My point was I am unsure, and willing to give her the benefit of the doubt. I think any concerned citizen can participate, excepting maybe pedos.

I have thought about this and have made up my mind. She wasn't doing it as Sasha the porn star, she was doing it as a private citizen who is donating her time to be a volunteer reader. She should be commended for getting involved not condemned because of her former profession.

I'm willing to give her the benefit of the doubt...but, as a volunteer, she deserves no praise or special attention beyond that which any other volunteer receives...which is basically none.
