So how do you feel when John Cusack shows up and leads the stadium in a "Take me out to the ballgame" sing-a-long during the 7th inning stretch?

Eh, the TMOTTBG stretch sing is a tradition, but really homage to Harry Caray. I'd rather musicians and former Cubs than rando celebs. But I could move on from it also.

What I don't like it talking over the game gushing about what celebs are there.

Locally, sports radio keeps saying, "yeah but it's a different Mets team now".

Not a bad game, they just couldn't get much going on Harvey. Both managers left the starters in too long.

Today is likely a must win though; they have to split in NY to have a reasonable chance. If Arrieta is on he's unhittable, but his last outing was not great against STL. The young Cubs got the first game out of their system and the bats should be a lot stronger tonight.

    Go Cubbies!

The entire game was the first 3 batters. Nothing much happened after that.

Daniel Murphy's one of those guys you want in your fantasy lineup. He's always doing something good.

What? Over? Did you say "over"? Nothing is over until we decide it is! Was it over when the Germans bombed Pearl Harbor? Hell no! And it ain't over now. -Bluto
