See, Ortis is another one. When he's on, he's great, but it's too few and far between when you got guys like Izturis and Sizemore who average at least a hit in every game. If you can get a hit at least once in every game, then you have the potential to drive in a RBI, or get your followup batter to drive you in for a run. Hell, I don't mind if the batter walks even. If they're on base, it's at least a fighting chance to come home. What I hate is when they go 0 for 5 for 2-3 games, and then get a lonely little single, then hit the skids again. That just doesn't cut it when you got guys like Braun in the league that murders pitchers left and right, and he's not even the exception.
