Well if they wanted money, that's a way to get it. It's a smart business move, knowing how rabid his fans are. However, if he's wearing a Mets jersey in the minor league system there's only three teams out of the Mets' nine MiLB teams that qualify:
AA - Binghamton Mets (Binghamton, NY - Eastern League)
Advanced A - St. Lucie Mets (Port St Lucie, Florida - Florida State League)
Rookie - Kingsport Mets (Kingsport, Tennessee - Appalachian League)
My money's on the St. Lucie Mets.
