I was getting dejected because I get live score updates on my phone. First time I checked it was 3-0 Yankees in the first inning and the next one that came in said it was 4-0 Yankees.
Then the next time I checked one and it was 10-4 and that made me happier

It's kind of a vindication...I was watching some 'expert' on CBSSports.com talking about how Boston isn't that great of a team, they've been getting all their wins beating up on bad teams, blah blah blah. He said the series with the Phillies and Yankees would bring Boston back down to earth.

9 game road trip starts today, we'll see how that goes. Will there be some kind of let down after sweeping the Yankees?
