In my opinion it doesn't really matter - if she was verbally attacked or other, she shouldn't make it about race. It should be about the person that she is arguing with and not their colour. As for saying that the black person was not british and should go back to where she was from was just ignorant.

What if that back person called her a Honky Brittish dirt bag or something like that?
