No doubt about that... in the salary cap era, having a lawyer as a GM is a benefit. Gotta know paperwork.
Yeah he did, that was a big movie. That's just one of the reasons he's constantly employed in the NHL. Doesn't mean I like the guy.
He keeps things interesting in the league...even if it doesn't always go his way
No doubt about that... his absolutely spiteful hatred of the media is always entertaining Love to see them piss him off. Surprising he's never beat one up.
And the medias absolutely LOVE him (He made an hour long press conference IN MONTREAL after he fired Wilson!...don't see that every day )
more than a few reporters from RDS said they got more content from him in an hour than Gauthier in 2 years .
About as much as Don Cherry loves him eh
Lost AGAIN against Calgary yesterday (That's what happens when you only have one line that does anything...and defensively...horrible )
Canucks lost a second home game in a row
and the Coyotes are back to normal,, :suck:
"The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants." - Thomas Jefferson
Max Pacioretty got his 30th goal of the season (More than Ovechkin with 27....) Quite unbelievable when you think of what happened to him a year ago when he got hit by Chara.(It did exactly a year yesterday)
Andrei Markov back in the lineup tonight for the Habs, I'm happy to see him back BUT I'm REALLY nervous to see him back against the Canucks...I would have waited against a weaker/less physical team.
Didn't matter... Canucks blew it. Fugggg
In other news, this talk of bringing back the red line seems like a terrible idea The game is finally at a good pace.
I do like the talk of changing OT to be longer or included more 4v4/3v3 time. No doubt in my mind the players will go for that. I doubt there's a guy in the league who will sit there and say they think winning an OT game proves who the better team is.
