Yeah it'd be cool to see them come back... I'm not sure anyone really wants to fork out the money for the new stadium at this point though.

And it'd have to be a guarantee from the league that it'd be worth it... but with Bettman the way he is, who knows if they'd ever get that regardless of what he said about the potential being there.

Look at all the teams that are struggling to get people in their arenas down south...he MIGHT wake up at some point ..Hockey is popular in Canada and north USA (with some exceptions south)

I'm not holding my breath... Phoenix has been struggling for years now and he won't sell to someone wanting to move the team. And that's just one struggling team, never mind the problem of the NHL being several teams too large. Think of how much fuggin' money he could have saved the league

Hey, we still lost to a 13th place team Nobody likes that, regardless of how strong we've been since December

Well if there is *1* thing that I'm to thankful Bettman...yes there is something ....The Hockey News reported 2 weeks ago that he stopped the Lecavalier trade...I should be pissed, right? well get this: names involved in that trade...Plekanec, Price and Subban!!!!...He was trying to save Tampa's market I know...but he saved us from a few years of misery (Plekanec has more PASSES than Lecavalier has POINTS!, Price has the 2nd most wins in the league and Subban is without a doubt one of our best guys on defense!

..............Salo and Alberts are both hurt now. Alberts has a broken hand (6 weeks), Salo is out day to day. Why am I not surprised Salo only lasted two games? They say he might play the next one, but I doubt it.


So now the running list of hurt defensement one more time: Hamhuis, Ballard, Edler, Salo, Alberts, Sweatt
