How do you figure?
Let's see, take baseball for example....I root for the Rox because I live here and the Sox because I grew up a Sox fan in New England. I want both teams to do well, but when it came right down to it in the World Series, I wanted the Red Sox to pound the Rockies, just like they did.
I say knock a few teams right out of the NHL.... it'd bring the skill level up on every team a touch and stop this yearly debate over who has the worst team and where they should go
And Tampa isn't a hockey market... their attendance this season was unimpressive (abysmal if you consider the young talent they have that is SO fun to watch), even though they had a perfectly good regular season run. Their attendance was 22nd in the league, behind Nashville and Carolina
Man I'm pumped for this Winnipeg thing... three guys from my high school are all going to be playing in the Northwest presumably
Puerto Rico!!!
NHL senior vice-president and director of hockey operations Colin Campbell is stepping away from his role as head of NHL discipline.
He had held the discipline role for the league since July of 1998.
Sources tell TSN that Brendan Shanahan will likely take over, but there could be somewhat of an overhaul of how supplemental discipline is handled.
!!!
Uhhh.... solid timing Colin.... What the fug. Very strange
Winnipeg needs a new name...
are the Blades taken? Seems fitting
I would assume they will try and go back to the Jets
I hope so for Jets (same name)...about Campbell, Brendan Shanahan will take his place.
