No more pot shots for Miley!
After Miley Cyrus was caught smoking a bong in an infamous video that blazed the web in December, producers of her upcoming flick LOL (co-starring Demi Moore as her mom) took pains to tweak a similarly druggy scene in the comedy.
An insider tells UsMagazine.com that Cyrus, 18, smokes pot with a male pal in one LOL sequence.
"The scene can't be reshot," the source explains. Instead, using "tricky editing and effects magic, they are erasing all traces of her inhaling or being in the same shot with the actor."
This week, film editors are erasing Cyrus' "entire arm" out of the pot-smoking shot.
Why all the fuss? "The studio doesn't want to take any chances having the controversy affect the film," says the insider of the bong video, in which Cyrus smoked salvia -- a natural, legal hallucinogenic -- while partying at her L.A.-area home.
"I'm about to lose it now," Cyrus says in the clip taking her first hit. "I'm having a little bit of a trip right now."
"Miley didn't seem to care" about the brouhaha, adds the LOL source.
