Fighting at the Mall
The police were called in the early morning hours to Carolina Place Mall (on the outskirts of Charlotte NC) to break up a near riot and fight over Air Jordans that several retailers were offering. Local station showed a few seconds of the cat fightand scream fest.
I'm glad all my Christmas shopping is done other than for food items.
It's madness! People go crazy this time of year, manners go out the window! I hope you have a great Christmas Belle!

At my local Walmart they have really long cattle chute checkout lines...so one year I'm standing in a huge line up and some chick and the cashier start going at it.They were yelling and threatening each other....the cashier wasn't even trying to be polite, both were just livid
and there we are, about 20 customers....stuck in the lineup with no way out while these two are going to start some sort of Bloodsport Christmas feud..
There were tons of people over at my Walmart yesterday. I went for some random items that I needed. I felt like I was a racecar driver navigating around a crash going around all the people. No fights or anything, but there was tension in the air.

A friend of my family, a dude my Dad used to work with, is a greeter over at the Walmart. Yesterday he told me that it's gonna be chaos tomorrow (it usually is on Christmas Eve). I may just wake up early to get over there to watch the carnage.
