I was just outside having a smoke and this twerp with his dog comes up our back alley.Good ol Shep decides to take a dump on the grass behind our house.

So I say - HEY! You gonna take that with you?

Me - There's a law you're supposed to carry around a bag and clean up after your dog.

I got a plastic shopping bag and brought it out to him.He doesn't thank me...shoots me another inbred IQ winner look and says - Do I have to do this everytime it happens?

I shite you not, this guy is a supposed animal lover and has no clue as to the rules of walking a dog in public????

One of these days, I'm gonna grab a bag and gather the fresh dogshit off of my lawn, follow the violator home to make sure I know where they live, and put the dogshit in their mailbox with a note saying "You left this at my house. I figured you'd want it back since the law says you have to clean it up. Don't leave your dogshit on my lawn again. Clean up after your animal, asshole."
