Jersey Shore Star ‘The Unit’ Indicted For Felony Drug Possession

The newest antagonist on the Jersey Shore, Jonathan ‘The Unit’ Manfre, has been charged with felony drug possession after being arrested at the MTV party house last summer RadarOnline.com has exclusively learned.

On Thursday night’s episode of the season premiere of the hit MTV show Manfre infuriated Snooki by taunting her about her alleged hookup with The Situation, causing her to scream at him: "If you didn't have Mike you'd be a fucking loser, you fucking idiot! Unit? Your name's Unit you fucking moron!"

As RadarOnline.com previously reported, Manfre was arrested in Seaside Heights, New Jersey on July 24, 2011 for possession of a controlled “powdery substance” which turned out to be Ketamine, a medically prescribed drug that is legally used as a horse tranquilizer. The illegal use of "Special K" can cause "dream-like states and hallucinations," according to www.drugfree.org.

A Seaside Heights police official confirmed to RadarOnline.com that Manfre was indicted in December for 3rd degree felony possession of Ketamine, a controlled substance.

If he is found guilty, he could face three to five years in prison.

“The Unit’s” next court date is January 10, but Manfre is not required to appear.
