A small experimental unmanned spacecraft used by the department of defence. This is it's second mission to orbit. All very top secret as to what the heck it's doing.

It starts to make me wonder if the half billion dollar Sat., that just nose dived into the drink, was a throw away to cover the costs of the "secret" mission this is on?? I haven't checked the time line closely but I wouldn't be surprised if the last time that same Sat. took a half billion dollar nose dive, that was the last time this went into space too??

Funny how there haven't been any Congressional investigations into anyone involved in the now BILLION Dollar screw-ups?

I think Congress doesn't have a clue as to what is going on. I'm convinced there are shadow organizations using black budget money for projects that only a very select few know about, and I doubt any are elected officials. Just my opinion.
